Across TCGA patient cohorts, TIGD4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,447 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TIGD4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MYEF2, IFT74, and ARFIP1. Each is linked with TIGD4 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TIGD4-to-partner and partner-to-TIGD4 results are reported.
