TIGD4

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TIGD4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 131 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TIGD4-associated genes across cancer lineages are SPAG1, TENT5A, and TANC1. Each is linked with TIGD4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TIGD4-to-partner and partner-to-TIGD4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TIGD4 versus SPAG1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.48.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TIGD4→partner) and Y-score (partner→TIGD4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
