Across TCGA cell cohorts, TIGD4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,621 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TIGD4-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Spliceosomal complex assembly, Mitochondrial electron transport, cytochrome c to oxygen, and Protein localization to cilium. Each is linked with TIGD4 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TIGD4-to-partner and partner-to-TIGD4 results are reported.
