TIGD3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TIGD3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,426 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TIGD3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ORC3, PKM, and PXN. Each is linked with TIGD3 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TIGD3-to-partner and partner-to-TIGD3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TIGD3 versus ORC3 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.70.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TIGD3→partner) and Y-score (partner→TIGD3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
