TIGD3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TIGD3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,044 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TIGD3-associated genes across cancer lineages are DNAAF4-CCPG1, IGLJCOR18, and CXCR6. Each is linked with TIGD3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TIGD3-to-partner and partner-to-TIGD3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, DNAAF4-CCPG1 grouped by TIGD3-low versus TIGD3-high in LUSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TIGD3→partner) and Y-score (partner→TIGD3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
