TIGD3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TIGD3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,332 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TIGD3-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZNF48, YPEL1, and PARD6A. Each is linked with TIGD3 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TIGD3-to-partner and partner-to-TIGD3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TIGD3 versus ZNF48 in KIDNEY, with a Pearson correlation of 0.67.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TIGD3→partner) and Y-score (partner→TIGD3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
