TIFAB

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TIFAB RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,803 significant associations in total. TGCT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TIFAB-associated genes across cancer lineages are SPI1, TLR8, and LILRB1. Each is linked with TIFAB in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TIFAB-to-partner and partner-to-TIFAB results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TIFAB versus SPI1 in BLCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.68.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TIFAB→partner) and Y-score (partner→TIFAB) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
