Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TIFAB RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,840 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TIFAB-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ARHGDIB, RCSD1, and SASH3. Each is linked with TIFAB in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TIFAB-to-partner and partner-to-TIFAB results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TIFAB versus ARHGDIB in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.27.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TIFAB→partner) and Y-score (partner→TIFAB) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
