Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TIFAB protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 600 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TIFAB-associated genes across cancer lineages are PPIL2, SLC25A14, and HTATSF1. Each is linked with TIFAB in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TIFAB-to-partner and partner-to-TIFAB results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TIFAB versus PPIL2 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.38.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TIFAB→partner) and Y-score (partner→TIFAB) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
