Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TIFAB mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 325 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TIFAB-associated genes across cancer lineages are PBX3, RTKN2, and EEF1AKMT2. Each is linked with TIFAB in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TIFAB-to-partner and partner-to-TIFAB results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PBX3 grouped by TIFAB-low versus TIFAB-high in SKCM.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TIFAB→partner) and Y-score (partner→TIFAB) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
