Across TCGA cell cohorts, TIFAB RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 728 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TIFAB-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of saliva secretion, Hard palate morphogenesis, and Mastication. Each is linked with TIFAB in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TIFAB-to-partner and partner-to-TIFAB results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Negative regulation of saliva secretion grouped by TIFAB-low versus TIFAB-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.
