TIFA

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TIFA RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,579 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TIFA-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SPTBN1_T999, STRN3, and HPF1. Each is linked with TIFA in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TIFA-to-partner and partner-to-TIFA results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TIFA versus SPTBN1_T999 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.44.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TIFA→partner) and Y-score (partner→TIFA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
