Across TCGA patient cohorts, TIE1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 21,825 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TIE1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are LAMA4, RASIP1, and NID1. Each is linked with TIE1 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TIE1-to-partner and partner-to-TIE1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TIE1 versus LAMA4 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.56.
