TIE1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TIE1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,339 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TIE1-associated genes across cancer lineages are DNAJC8, ZCCHC17, and MRTO4. Each is linked with TIE1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TIE1-to-partner and partner-to-TIE1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, DNAJC8 grouped by TIE1-low versus TIE1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TIE1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TIE1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
