Across TCGA cell cohorts, TIE1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,136 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TIE1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of protein localization to mitochondrion, Negative regulation of transcription initiation by RNA polymerase II, and Negative regulation of DNA-templated transcription initiation. Each is linked with TIE1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TIE1-to-partner and partner-to-TIE1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Regulation of protein localization to mitochondrion grouped by TIE1-low versus TIE1-high in SOFT_TISSUE.
