TIE1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TIE1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,233 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TIE1-associated genes across cancer lineages are YPEL1, SPEF1, and PTOV1. Each is linked with TIE1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TIE1-to-partner and partner-to-TIE1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, YPEL1 grouped by TIE1-low versus TIE1-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TIE1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TIE1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
