TICRR

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TICRR mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,874 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TICRR-associated genes across cancer lineages are PPP2R2D, DOC2B, and TMEM269. Each is linked with TICRR in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TICRR-to-partner and partner-to-TICRR results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PPP2R2D grouped by TICRR-low versus TICRR-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TICRR→partner) and Y-score (partner→TICRR) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
