TICRR

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TICRR mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,257 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TICRR-associated genes across cancer lineages are PAFAH2, FREM3, and TBL2. Each is linked with TICRR in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TICRR-to-partner and partner-to-TICRR results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PAFAH2 grouped by TICRR-low versus TICRR-high in SKIN.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TICRR→partner) and Y-score (partner→TICRR) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
