TICAM2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TICAM2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 119 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TICAM2-associated genes across cancer lineages are DLX2-DT, ACSS3, and GPSM2. Each is linked with TICAM2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TICAM2-to-partner and partner-to-TICAM2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TICAM2 versus DLX2-DT in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.61.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TICAM2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TICAM2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
