Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TIAM1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,064 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TIAM1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ALDH1B1, CENPO, and BMP2K. Each is linked with TIAM1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TIAM1-to-partner and partner-to-TIAM1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TIAM1 versus ALDH1B1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of -0.30.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TIAM1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TIAM1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
