TIA1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TIA1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 21,267 significant associations in total. UVM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TIA1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SRSF11, RCOR3, and RBM25. Each is linked with TIA1 in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TIA1-to-partner and partner-to-TIA1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TIA1 versus SRSF11 in UVM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.96.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TIA1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TIA1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
