Across TCGA patient cohorts, TIA1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,810 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TIA1-associated genes across cancer lineages are GPC2, WDCP, and UCK2. Each is linked with TIA1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TIA1-to-partner and partner-to-TIA1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TIA1 versus GPC2 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.
