Across TCGA cell cohorts, TIA1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,593 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TIA1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Protein localization to cytoplasmic stress granule, Positive regulation of double-strand break repair, and mRNA splice site recognition. Each is linked with TIA1 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TIA1-to-partner and partner-to-TIA1 results are reported.
