THUMPD3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, THUMPD3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,965 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible THUMPD3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are KIAA1143, FANCD2, and ANKRD28. Each is linked with THUMPD3 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both THUMPD3-to-partner and partner-to-THUMPD3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, THUMPD3 versus KIAA1143 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (THUMPD3→partner) and Y-score (partner→THUMPD3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
