Across TCGA cell cohorts, THUMPD3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,543 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible THUMPD3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are DNA-templated DNA replication, Mitotic spindle assembly, and Regulation of double-strand break repair. Each is linked with THUMPD3 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both THUMPD3-to-partner and partner-to-THUMPD3 results are reported.
