THUMPD2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, THUMPD2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 20,124 significant associations in total. UVM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible THUMPD2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MEMO1, GCFC2, and RBM39. Each is linked with THUMPD2 in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both THUMPD2-to-partner and partner-to-THUMPD2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, THUMPD2 versus MEMO1 in SCLC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.49.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (THUMPD2→partner) and Y-score (partner→THUMPD2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
