THUMPD2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, THUMPD2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,534 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible THUMPD2-associated genes across cancer lineages are CSGALNACT2P1, BSN, and DNAJC2. Each is linked with THUMPD2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both THUMPD2-to-partner and partner-to-THUMPD2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, THUMPD2 versus CSGALNACT2P1 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.51.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (THUMPD2→partner) and Y-score (partner→THUMPD2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
