Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, THUMPD2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 11 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible THUMPD2-associated genes across cancer lineages are PKC-a, ATM, and CD49b. Each is linked with THUMPD2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both THUMPD2-to-partner and partner-to-THUMPD2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PKC-a grouped by THUMPD2-low versus THUMPD2-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (THUMPD2→partner) and Y-score (partner→THUMPD2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
