Across TCGA cell cohorts, THUMPD2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,982 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible THUMPD2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are RNA methylation, tRNA modification, and Mitotic DNA damage checkpoint signaling. Each is linked with THUMPD2 in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both THUMPD2-to-partner and partner-to-THUMPD2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA methylation grouped by THUMPD2-low versus THUMPD2-high in SKIN.
