THUMPD2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, THUMPD2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 25 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible THUMPD2-associated genes across cancer lineages are ELOA3P, SLC6A5, and IL4. Each is linked with THUMPD2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both THUMPD2-to-partner and partner-to-THUMPD2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ELOA3P grouped by THUMPD2-low versus THUMPD2-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (THUMPD2→partner) and Y-score (partner→THUMPD2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
