THUMPD1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, THUMPD1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,943 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible THUMPD1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MRTFB, RBM47, and CAMP. Each is linked with THUMPD1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both THUMPD1-to-partner and partner-to-THUMPD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, THUMPD1 versus MRTFB in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.48.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (THUMPD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→THUMPD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
