THUMPD1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, THUMPD1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,771 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible THUMPD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZNF747, ZNF174, and KAT8. Each is linked with THUMPD1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both THUMPD1-to-partner and partner-to-THUMPD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, THUMPD1 versus ZNF747 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.57.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (THUMPD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→THUMPD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
