THUMPD1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, THUMPD1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 319 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible THUMPD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR6075, ATP6V1G1P4, and OR10A5. Each is linked with THUMPD1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both THUMPD1-to-partner and partner-to-THUMPD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR6075 grouped by THUMPD1-low versus THUMPD1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (THUMPD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→THUMPD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
