THTPA

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, THTPA RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,968 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible THTPA-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MPI, NEK9, and SEC63. Each is linked with THTPA in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both THTPA-to-partner and partner-to-THTPA results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, THTPA versus MPI in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.31.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (THTPA→partner) and Y-score (partner→THTPA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
