THTPA

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, THTPA protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,843 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible THTPA-associated genes across cancer lineages are KLHDC1, C7, and CENPO. Each is linked with THTPA in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both THTPA-to-partner and partner-to-THTPA results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, THTPA versus KLHDC1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (THTPA→partner) and Y-score (partner→THTPA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
