THSD7A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, THSD7A RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,244 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible THSD7A-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DCLK1, TLN2, and RAI14. Each is linked with THSD7A in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both THSD7A-to-partner and partner-to-THSD7A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, THSD7A versus DCLK1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (THSD7A→partner) and Y-score (partner→THSD7A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
