THSD7A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, THSD7A mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 79 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible THSD7A-associated genes across cancer lineages are Cyclin-B1, ASNS, and Cyclin-E2. Each is linked with THSD7A in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both THSD7A-to-partner and partner-to-THSD7A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Cyclin-B1 grouped by THSD7A-low versus THSD7A-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (THSD7A→partner) and Y-score (partner→THSD7A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
