THSD4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, THSD4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,349 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible THSD4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SSH3, VWA5A, and ZC3HC1_S24. Each is linked with THSD4 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both THSD4-to-partner and partner-to-THSD4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (THSD4→partner) and Y-score (partner→THSD4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
