THSD4

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, THSD4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,616 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible THSD4-associated genes across cancer lineages are PGR, RBMS3, and CX3CR1. Each is linked with THSD4 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both THSD4-to-partner and partner-to-THSD4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (THSD4→partner) and Y-score (partner→THSD4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
