THSD1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, THSD1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 20,225 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible THSD1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PPM1F, ZYX, and CAVIN3_S62. Each is linked with THSD1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both THSD1-to-partner and partner-to-THSD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, THSD1 versus PPM1F in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.69.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (THSD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→THSD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
