THSD1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, THSD1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,197 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible THSD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZNF423, PIK3R3, and KCNE3. Each is linked with THSD1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both THSD1-to-partner and partner-to-THSD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, THSD1 versus ZNF423 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (THSD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→THSD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
