THSD1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, THSD1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,743 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible THSD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR5T2, PSMC3IP, and NIP7. Each is linked with THSD1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both THSD1-to-partner and partner-to-THSD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR5T2 grouped by THSD1-low versus THSD1-high in CESC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (THSD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→THSD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
