THSD1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, THSD1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 23 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible THSD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MEK1, p27_pT198, and P-Cadherin. Each is linked with THSD1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both THSD1-to-partner and partner-to-THSD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MEK1 grouped by THSD1-low versus THSD1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (THSD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→THSD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
