Across TCGA cell cohorts, THSD1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,248 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible THSD1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Chaperone-mediated autophagy, Cellular response to copper ion, and Positive regulation of focal adhesion assembly. Each is linked with THSD1 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both THSD1-to-partner and partner-to-THSD1 results are reported.
