THSD1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, THSD1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,449 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible THSD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are NLN, MYC, and GLA. Each is linked with THSD1 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both THSD1-to-partner and partner-to-THSD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, THSD1 versus NLN in OVARY, with a Pearson correlation of 0.70.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (THSD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→THSD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
