Across TCGA cell cohorts, THSD1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 1,691 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible THSD1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Aromatic amino acid metabolic process, 1-phosphatidyl-1D-myo-inositol 4,5-bisphosphate metabolic process, and Fatty acid alpha-oxidation. Each is linked with THSD1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both THSD1-to-partner and partner-to-THSD1 results are reported.
