THSD1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, THSD1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 23 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible THSD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are REG1B, SLC6A19, and PCCB. Each is linked with THSD1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both THSD1-to-partner and partner-to-THSD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, REG1B grouped by THSD1-low versus THSD1-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (THSD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→THSD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
