Across TCGA patient cohorts, THRAP3P2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,595 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible THRAP3P2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Establishment of protein localization to membrane, Positive regulation of DNA-templated transcription initiation, and Regulation of mitochondrion organization. Each is linked with THRAP3P2 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both THRAP3P2-to-partner and partner-to-THRAP3P2 results are reported.
