Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, THRA RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 19,919 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible THRA-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SEC24A, THRA_S12, and NFIX. Each is linked with THRA in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both THRA-to-partner and partner-to-THRA results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, THRA versus SEC24A in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.49.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (THRA→partner) and Y-score (partner→THRA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
