Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, THRA protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17,490 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible THRA-associated genes across cancer lineages are NALCN, SORBS1, and HMGB1P1. Each is linked with THRA in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both THRA-to-partner and partner-to-THRA results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, THRA versus NALCN in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (THRA→partner) and Y-score (partner→THRA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
